Logon Logoff delays

Causes:

1. More Group Policies will make logon delays. You can check the applied GPOs with gpresult /r command

2. Logon / Logoff scripts

3. Fast  logon optimization is set to disabled

Group policy -> Admin templates \System\logon

Always wait for the network at computer startup and logon

4. Temp folder is full of files

5. AV scan during login

6. Lot of user files for a roaming user profile (RUP) will cause logon delays. If it is a roaming profile, profile files are stored on a remote server, everytime user login, those files needs to be transferred through the network. This will create a delay in login.

7. Profile folder redirection
